Delivery: For orders containing multiple Products, the delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on the order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative; hence, there may be some unforeseeable delays beyond the company’s control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason; the Customer shall be notified by e-mail of the reason for any such delays. Customers shall have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that orders may be canceled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at customer’s instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by the company’s delivery partners. Customer agrees that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss, either direct or indirect, owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

Tracking Facility: On dispatch of the Product, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. Orders may also be tracked, by clicking the ‘My Orders’ option on the “My Accounts” page. The order status can be tracked after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.

After the successful placing of the order on our website, we initiate our working to process the order as soon as it is confirmed. Due to this, the window to make any changes is very small. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests, as follows:

Within 24 hours of placing the order, customers can cancel their order and the company shall give a full refund as per refund policy.

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued. After receiving a RAN number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and hand over your return to our authorized service partner.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Once the product is sold it can be exchanged for replacement with another product of the same value. The customer gets a credit note or refund, only when the desired product is not in stock.

If the product is eligible for exchange, the customer may write to Company at [email protected] within three (3) working days of delivery to request an exchange. The exchanged product will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of approval of the exchange.


Once the product is received by the company, the customer shall be eligible for a refund for the below-stated reasons which shall be credited back through their original mode of payment or by credit note to the customer within 15 working days.

  1. Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged

Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping charges if any, if returns are the result of an error by the company. If customers receive an incorrect book or if it arrives in damaged condition, customers shall be refunded return shipping charges if any equal to the original charge.

For books returned as ‘Not as described,’ return shipping charges if any are refunded at the company’s discretion. If the company disagrees, only the book price and original shipping charges if any will be refunded. The company shall not refund shipping charges (if any) in the event of a dispute arising due to the wrong description of the product by the customer.

  1. Book Did Not Arrive

Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping charges (if any), if the book hasn’t arrived until 15 days past the estimated delivery date. If the service partner provides tracking information indicating the book was delivered, the refund request is void. A refund request for the reason ‘item did not arrive’ will automatically complete seven (7) working days after the refund request is initiated through the customer’s account on the portal.

  1. Buyer Does Not Want Item

For orders placed on the company shall accept customers’ return requests. If the book is returned in the same condition as received, the customer shall be refunded the price of the book plus original shipping charges if any.

Once a return/refund request has been canceled, the customer cannot submit another return/refund request.
